Margarita Cartel was founded in 2025 by me, Josh, and my better (and spicier) half, Jess. We’re a Gold Coast duo with a deep love for chilli-infused tequila, loud laughs, and anything oversized — especially when it comes to t-shirts.

Our brand came to life over, you guessed it, a spicy margarita. We were out one night (again), ordering our go-to drink, and for the hundredth time said, “Why can’t anyone make them hot enough?” So we did what any mildly tequila-obsessed couple would do — we started infusing our own. One sip led to an idea. A few more and that idea turned into a vibe. A brand. A lifestyle.

And so, Margarita Cartel was born.

We create oversized t-shirts that are bold, relaxed, and unapologetically fun. Inspired by vintage fits and salty beach days, our graphic tees are designed for the cocktail lovers, bar hoppers, beach walkers, late-night dancers and sun-chasers who like their style like their margaritas: strong, spicy, and impossible to ignore.
